We offer Free Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) on all UK orders.
If you can't wait for your catch, you can pay for an Express Next Working Day Delivery for £12.95, just make sure you order by 2pm.
EU Shipping £25.
Global Shipping £35.
KIPPER does not cover Import Duties.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Although we hope you love your KIPPER order, there may be times when you need to return her.
You must let us know within 14 days by emailing skipper@kipper.club and have returned the items within 28 for a full refund. The item(s) must still be in original condition with the red KIPPER security tag on.
If you would like to exchange an item please email skipper@kipper.club.
Please note you are responsible for the return postage cost.
Please expect 5-7 working days for a refund to appear in your payment method.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
